BIOGRAPHY
In 1996 he has graduated from the Department of International Relations of the MGIMO.

In 2000 he has defended a thesis on the subject : "The politics of the European Union in the Mediterranean region during the period of the 1950-1990th".

Since 2012 Artem holds the post of the Vice-rector of the MGIMO.

He is a member of the Security Council of the Russian Federation's scientific council and the International discussion club "Valdai".

He is the Executive director of the Russian Association of the international studies (RAMI) and the executive secretary of the Russian part of Russo-Polish Group for resolving the difficult questions.

Member of the Council of the Fund "The Russo-Polish Center of the dialog and consent" and of the "Russian Council of International Affaires" (INF).

Decorations: "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree, laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in education.

Speaks fluently English, Polish and French.

He is the author of more than 100 scientific publications, textbooks, chapters in monographs and several articles.
