May 6, 2023, the inauguration of a bronze bust of an outstanding statesman, French President Charles de Gaulle, took place at the Battle of Stalingrad Panorama Museum. The grand opening ceremony was attended by the General's grandson, public figure Pierre de Gaulle and the President of the Foundation for the Development of Russian-French Historical Initiatives Pierre Malinowski.
