Death of Noel Vandernotte on June 19, 2020, at the age of 96. Member of the French Resistance, last French participant in the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin and youngest medalist at the age of 12 (Bronze Medal in Rowing). He was standard-bearer of the French delegation during the parade of nations.

Pierre Malinowski helped him to obtain the Légion d'honneur in 2015 after the creation of a long dossier.
