On Monday, November 30, 2020, in connection with the upcoming large project dedicated to the Battle of Stalingrad which will be realized in April 2021 in the Volgograd Region, Pierre Malinowski met with the Governor of the Volgograd Region A.I. Bocharov to discuss the initial preparations for the project.
