Pierre MALINOWSKI
President of the Fund
He was born on the 5th of August, 1987, in Reims. He has been the member of the French military forces for 8 years. Ex-member of the European Parliament where he was supervising all aspects regarding relationships between Russia and France. He moved to Moscow in 2017.
Passionate about history and archeology.
Pierre gives lectures to the students of the best universities of Russia (MGIMO, SPBGU, FEFU, YSU and others).
By decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated July 22, 2022, he was granted citizenship of the Russian Federation.
His aim is to strengthen the relationships between Russia and France by realizing great historical and cultural projects and to preserve the memory of the common history of both countries.

On the 22nd of October 2018, the opening ceremony of the Fund took place in presence of people from different spheres: culture, defense forces, politics and foreign affaires.
